Prior to retiring in 1994, Sally was a drafting supervisor with NJ Bell & Bell Atlantic in Jersey City, Hackensack, Oradell and Fair Lawn for 30 years.

Beloved wife of the late Leo F. Cook, Jr.  Loving and devoted mother of Tony Tannucilli and wife Nancy, of Old Bridge, and Donald Tannucilli and wife Jennifer, of Saddle Brook.  Step-mother of Joseph Cook, Mary Jenison and husband Brett and Linda Sinisi and husband Nicholas.  Cherished grandmother of Jackie, Paul, Christopher, Danica and Jolie.  Adored step grandmother of Amanda, Joanna, Erin, Kristen, Grace and Luke.  Dear sister of Anne Claudio and husband Alfred, and the late Sr. Mary Raymond (Dolores) Clark.

The family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday, May 10, 2017, 4-8 PM at Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn, NJ, 201-797-3500,  Funeral Mass is planned for Thursday, May 11, 2017, 10:30 AM at St. Philip the Apostle R.C.
