II am so sorry, Marion. I know how much you loved Frankie. I have a special too, and I feel that we are better people because of them. I only met Frankie a few times, but I will never forget his beautiful smile and his enthusiasm for life! You were lucky to have each other. You were so warm and giving to him. I am sure you made his world a better place. Please accept my sincere sympathy to you and your whole family. I hope your memories will always be sweet ones . Love and sympathy, Kathleen Gough, used to be Kathi Atwan .

I was so sad when JoAnne reached out to me with this news! A true Angel, in Heaven and on Earth. All of my favorite childhood memories; holidays, birthdays, or just family BBQ's in our backyard, has Frank in them for as long as i can remember. Rest in Peace Frank! Your smile, good spirit and fun-loving nature will be missed. I love you & will miss you.

Cousin Frankie was an inspiration to all of us with his courage and determination in the face of severe disabilities. He was devoted to his sister Marion and she loved him dearly and cared for him. Frankie is home with The Lord now and his suffering is over. His close knit "Cousins" Family as well as his many friends will miss him. May he rest in peace!
