Frances LiMandri


Frances LiMandri (DeStefano), 94 of Paramus, NJ passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.  Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY she resided in Fair Lawn prior to settling in Paramus 30 years ago.  She was a parishioner of Church of  the Annunciation in Paramus.  She was a former member of the Maywood, Nutley and Clifton Racquet Clubs and competed in many tennis leagues in Bergen County and USTA tennis tournaments.  Frances loved to travel with her late husband Philip.

Beloved wife of the late Philip LiMandri.  Loving and devoted mother of Anne Goldstein and husband Arthur and Florence Langieri and husband Michael.  Cherished grandmother of Staci Goldstein and wife Cheryl, Bill Goldstein and wife Elissa, Stephen Langieri and wife Courtney and Jennifer Langieri.  Adored great grandmother of Ari and Sam Goldstein and Michael and Lea Langieri.

Knowing that your MOM is now at peace free of suffering still makes it difficult to wrap your head around it. I do remember Fran as a fierce tennis opponent. Frances was a saint of a woman, married to a saint of a man who virtually adopted me in business and life ,and helped me in so many ways. Iwill always be grateful and keep them in my prayers daily. I know they are at rest together now and have burned many indelible memories in my heart. God bless you Frances and know that you were truly loved by many.
