Angela Fiorino

Angela (D’Adamo) Fiorino, 89, of Glen Rock, NJ passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.  She is predeceased by her beloved parents, Louis and Mary (Bonsignore) D’Adamo.  Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, she resided in Glen Rock since 1970.  She was a faithful parishioner of St. Catharine R.C. Church in Glen Rock.  Always giving of herself to help others, Angela volunteered countless hours, especially in the library at the Alexander Hamilton Elementary School in Glen Rock where her children attended school.   A movie trivia enthusiast, Mrs. Fiorino was also a loyal fan of the NY Yankees, NY Islanders and NY Giants.   Angela was a talented chef and baker and loved feeding family and friends.  No one left her home hungry!

Beloved wife of the late John J. Fiorino.  Loving and devoted mother of Frank Louis Fiorino and wife Sandra and Johnna Marie Duffy and the late David Duffy.  Cherished grandmother of Vincent and wife Lisa, Corinne, John, Deirdre and Justin.  Adored great-grandmother of Vincent, Anthony, Christopher John.  Dear sister of Mary Ann Freeling and husband Charles and the late Vincent D’Adamo and wife Eleanor, Celia Parone and husband Ralph and Grace Secreti and husband Armand.  She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday, June 22, 2021, 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn, NJ.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, June 23, 2021, 10 am at St. Catharine R.C. Church, 905 South Maple Avenue, Glen Rock, NJ.  Entombment will follow at Garden of Memories in Washington Township, NJ.  Due to the continuing concern regarding COVID-19, for those who have not been vaccinated, please wear a facial covering and practice social distancing during services. Thank you for your cooperation.
